Hotel New Mamta, Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir)

I had quite a mixed experience at the hotel. The clean and spacious rooms were definitely a highlight, and the service provided by the staff was impressive. However, I did have a concerning interaction with the management after posting a review, which left a sour taste. Overall, while I appreciated the amenities and the value for money, I would advise potential guests to proceed with caution.
